Coffee London is seeking a skilled Chef to join our team. With a focus on quality and innovation, we are dedicated to providing a unique and delightful atmosphere for our customers.

Position: Chef

Job responsibilities:

• Prepare and assemble a variety of breakfast items, paninis, pasta, lasagnia,  sandwiches, wraps, pastris and salads in line with our menu;

• Develop new sandwich recipes and seasonal menu items to enhance customer satisfaction;

• Ensure all food items are made with high-quality ingredients and follow portion control guidelines;

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment in compliance with health and safety standards;

• Manage kitchen inventory and place orders for supplies as needed, ensuring minimal waste and fresh ingredients;

• Work closely with the shop staff to coordinate meal prep and ensure timely service during busy hours;

• Provide excellent customer service by accommodating special requests and dietary needs;

• Assist with other duties such as food prep, cleaning, and stocking, as needed.

Requirements:

• Creativity and passion for food, particularly in crafting unique sandwich combinations.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, weekends, and holidays.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Working hours per week: 37.5

Salary per annum: £39,000.00 per annum.
